I used to use Recount a long, long time ago. can measure dps/hps using encounter time like warcraft logs or individual player active time. threat meter, encounter analysis, tank debuffs, etc. The playerbase has only had this spec for 3 days, and information needs to be shared. Blizzard has posted class tuning on the Patch 10. As most of the community knows, players are very reliant on damage meters to make judgement on class viability and player performance.
